Grading you can verify yourself
Where a stone has a lab report, we send the number before invoicing so you can check it on the lab's own website. Ungraded stones can be sent for grading at your request.

Shape, weight, colour, clarity, measurements and origin — natural or lab-grown — are written on your invoice. No vague descriptions.
You approve before anything is made
For jewelry, you sign off a 3D render and a written spec. Production starts only after your approval.

Custom order questions
What is the smallest and largest diamond you can supply?
We work from melee as small as 0.001–0.003 ct (under 1 mm) for pavé and accents, up to 20 ct and above for centre stones. The exact range depends on the cut; every shape page on this site shows its range.
Can you cut a diamond to my exact shape or ratio?
Yes. Tell us the outline, length-to-width ratio and facet style you want. Cut-to-order stones, including antique styles such as old mine, old European, Portuguese, moval and Ashoka, usually take 2–4 weeks.
Can I order just a loose diamond?
Yes. Many clients buy a loose stone only. We film it, share the report number where it is graded, and ship it insured. You can add a setting later.
How does a custom jewelry order work?
You send an idea, sketch or photo. We propose filmed diamonds, then send a 3D render and written spec. Production starts only after you approve it, and takes about 2–3 weeks.
Do you offer natural and lab-grown?
Both, in every shape and size. Origin is always stated on your quote and invoice, and on the lab report where the stone is graded.
Can you make a setting for a diamond I already own?
Yes. Send us the stone's measurements or report and we design the mounting to fit it exactly.
