From first message to insured delivery, here is exactly what happens.
1. Share your brief
Use our visual quote builder, WhatsApp or email. Tell us the shape, size range, budget and timeline, or simply send a photo of something you love. Not sure yet? A 15-minute call helps us narrow things down.
2. Receive hand-picked options
Within hours we send 3–5 real diamonds that fit your brief, each with its grading report, HD video and price. We explain the trade-offs so you can compare with confidence.
3. Reserve your stone
Hold your chosen diamond with a deposit. For loose diamonds, we can ship straight away after full payment.
4. Approve your design
For jewelry, our CAD team creates a photorealistic 3D render within 2–4 days. Revisions are included until the design is right.
5. Crafting and quality control
Your piece is cast, set, polished and inspected over 2–3 weeks. We send photos and a video of the finished piece before dispatch.
6. Insured delivery
We ship by insured express courier with tracking and signature. You receive the grading report, an appraisal document and care instructions.
Payment options
Bank wire (lowest fees), major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. For custom pieces we typically take a 50% deposit to begin CAD and production, with the balance before shipping.
