Loose diamonds ship within 2–4 business days and arrive in United States in 2–4 days by insured express courier. Custom jewelry takes 2–3 weeks to make plus shipping.
Do I pay import duty in United States?
We quote duties and taxes clearly before you pay, and can ship on a duties-paid basis to most addresses so nothing is due on delivery.
Can I see diamonds before buying from United States?
Yes. Every shortlisted stone is filmed in HD, report numbers are shared before invoicing where a stone is graded, and we can arrange a live video call during United States business hours (EST / CST / PST).
Can I order a custom diamond or piece from United States?

What are your return terms?
Loose diamonds can be returned within 30 days in original condition with their paperwork. Made-to-order pieces are produced only after you approve the CAD and written spec.
