Manufacturing warranty
Every Verina piece is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from delivery. This includes loose stones caused by setting faults and breakage of clasps or findings under normal wear.
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, normal wear such as scratches and thinning, or work carried out by another jeweler. We recommend insuring your jewelry with a specialist insurer; we provide the documents you need.
Free resizing
Most rings can be resized once free of charge within 60 days of delivery. Eternity bands and some designs cannot be resized; we will tell you before you order.
Caring for your jewelry
Clean diamonds with warm water, a drop of mild washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush. Remove rings for gym work, gardening and cleaning. Have prongs checked by a jeweler once a year. Store pieces separately so diamonds do not scratch other jewelry.
Upgrade programme
Ready for a bigger stone? Natural diamonds purchased from us can be traded in towards a larger natural diamond. Ask us for current terms.
