When you submit a form or message us we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the details of your request and any files you upload. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page you enquired from, to prevent spam and improve our service.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders, ship items, meet legal and tax obligations and, if you agree, send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal data.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Please avoid sending payment card numbers by any chat channel.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with couriers, insurers, payment processors, grading laboratories and our hosting and email providers.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years; order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Contact button records
When you tap a WhatsApp, email or call button, or send a form, we record the page you were on, the pre-filled message, the time, your device type and a random visitor code stored in your browser. This lets us answer you with the right stone or design in front of us. We never see your WhatsApp chats or phone number unless you message us, and we do not sell this information. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, or ask us to delete your records.
