Many of our stones carry an independent IGI or GIA report, and we share the report number before invoicing so you can verify it on the laboratory website. Stones without a report are described in writing and filmed, and can be sent for grading at your request before shipment.

Every cut is available across a wide carat range, from melee as small as 0.001–0.003 ct up to 20 ct and above. Each shape page shows its range, and sizes in between can be sourced or cut to order.

Both. Each is clearly identified on its report and your invoice. We are happy to show you natural and lab-grown options side by side.

Yes. We send HD videos of the exact stone and can arrange live video calls so you see it under different lighting.

Yes. We source genuine antiques and cut specialty shapes to order. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks.

Yes. We match pairs by size, colour, clarity and cut, including fancy shapes and antique cuts.

Yes. Old mine, old European, rose cut, Portuguese round, Dutch marquise, moval, Ashoka, French and single cuts, as genuine antiques or modern recuts, loose or set in jewelry.

Usually 2–3 weeks after you approve the CAD render. Rush production is possible for many designs.

Yes. We send a photorealistic 3D render and make revisions until you are happy before we cast.

Yes. We make settings to the exact measurements of a diamond you already own, in any shape or size. We inspect and document every stone on arrival.

Yes. Many clients order a loose stone only. Use the custom order form or WhatsApp, and add a setting later if you wish.

Yes, fully insured by express courier to 40+ countries, including all US states.

We quote duties and taxes up front and can ship duties-paid to most destinations.

Bank wire, major cards and PayPal. Custom work usually needs a 50% deposit.

Loose diamonds can be returned within 30 days in original condition with their paperwork. Custom and engraved pieces are made to order and are not returnable, but we will adjust them to make them right.
